May 27, 2026 — IntelliSee today announced a rebuilt IntelliSee Portal experience designed to help customers, partners, and support teams move through safety operations with clearer context, faster review tools, and a more consistent interface.
No customer action is required. Existing portal access, customer settings, camera configurations, detection parameters, user permissions, alert routing, and support resources remain in place. The rebuild is designed as a seamless update, so teams can continue their current workflows without reconfiguring their IntelliSee environment.
The updated portal brings day-to-day work into one modern workspace: reviewing AI-assisted detections, tuning detection modules, confirming system readiness, managing account and partner workflows, accessing support resources, and keeping training material close to the teams who need it.
A Cleaner Operating Center For AI Safety
IntelliSee turns existing cameras into proactive safety alerts without facial recognition. The rebuilt portal supports that mission with a role-aware interface that changes scope for customer, partner, and internal users while keeping core workflows familiar across each view.
Users can start from a dashboard built around their current scope, then move directly into alert review, customer operations, account administration, training, or support without hunting through disconnected pages.
What Is New In The Portal
- Role-based dashboards and navigation. Customer, partner, and internal teams see the tools and account scope that match their responsibilities.
- Improved Alert Log. Teams can search, filter, review unreviewed events, mark alerts viewed, report false positives, export results, and work from grid or day-based views.
- Detection parameter controls. Risk modules such as weapon, smoke and fire, slip risk, person on ground, trespassing, no show, loitering, vehicle, crowd, and cellphone can be reviewed and tuned from a clearer configuration surface.
- System Health Center. Readiness checks, enabled camera counts, recent alert signals, notification routing, and diagnostics access are grouped into one operational health view.
- Manuals, training, and support resources. Users can access approved resources, contact the right support path, and share footage when troubleshooting requires more context.
- Partner and internal administration. Partner customer management, account users, resource libraries, camera database tools, and internal diagnostics use the same updated visual system.
Built For Everyday Operations
The rebuild focuses on the workflows that matter after deployment: confirming camera coverage, tuning risk detection, routing alerts to the right recipients, reviewing evidence, maintaining users and locations, and giving support teams the context they need when an issue needs follow-up.
Training and support are part of the portal experience as well. The Manuals & Training Hub gives users an organized place to find approved files and operating references, while the Support Center helps route questions and troubleshooting requests with the right account context.
Release Availability
The rebuilt IntelliSee Portal is scheduled for public rollout this weekend. Customers and partners can contact IntelliSee to learn more about portal access, support resources, and release timing.
