Procurement is already solved
The state did the RFP.
You do not have to.
A statewide master agreement is a buying vehicle. Iowa ran the solicitation once, scored the vendors, and negotiated the terms. An eligible entity moves straight from quote to internal approval to purchase order.
- No RFP required for eligible entities
- A solution vetted through the State procurement process
- A statewide discount through contract pricing
What the contract gives you
The hard part of buying safety technology
is already done.
Most Iowa organizations that want AI detection stall on procurement, not the technology. Under contract 2026-BUS-7694, that step is complete.
- 01
No RFP required
The State completed the competitive solicitation. Eligible entities can purchase through the existing agreement while following their internal purchasing and approval requirements.
- 02
Vetted solution
IntelliSee was evaluated and selected through the State procurement process for gun and incident detection software. Review the evaluation details below.
- 03
Statewide discount
Access state-negotiated contract pricing under Master Agreement 2026-BUS-7694. Request a quote for your camera coverage and deployment needs.
The state contract removes the competitive-bid requirement, not your board, council, or capital-committee vote. IntelliSee provides a one-page briefing document for that step.
How IntelliSee was selected
Scored on 1,000 points.
Selected by the State.
Proposals under RFP-185-2528-2026 were scored on 800 technical points across 25 criteria and 200 cost points, with a minimum technical threshold before cost was evaluated. The solicitation also required DHS SAFETY Act designation and a place on the Iowa HSEMD school security technology approved list. IntelliSee holds both.
