Refer a Friend to IntelliSee

The IntelliSee Referral Program (“Program”) is offered by IntelliSee, LLC, a company headquartered in Iowa, and is open to eligible participants who are 18 years or older. By participating in the Program, participants agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility: The Program is open to individuals and businesses, excluding those located in Hawaii and Alaska, and subject to applicable local, state, and federal laws. Participants must provide accurate and complete information for both themselves and the referred party.

2. Referral Submissions: Referrals must be new, qualified prospects who are not currently in IntelliSee’s sales pipeline. IntelliSee reserves the right to verify the eligibility of referrals and participants, and may disqualify any submissions that do not meet program requirements.

3. Reward Conditions:

   • A $20 Amazon Gift Card will be provided for each qualified referral upon submission, provided the referral meets the eligibility criteria. The larger reward (free software, $100 gift card, or donation to charity) will be awarded after the referred party signs a contract or completes a purchase of IntelliSee services.
   • There is no limit to the number of referrals a participant can submit, and no cap on the rewards earned, unless otherwise specified by IntelliSee.
   • Rewards may be subject to applicable taxes, and participants are responsible for any tax liabilities resulting from their participation in the Program.

4. Program Changes and Termination: IntelliSee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, with or without notice. In the event of termination, any pending rewards for referrals that have not yet signed a contract or completed a purchase may not be fulfilled.

5. Fraud Prevention: IntelliSee reserves the right to disqualify any participants or referrals suspected of fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or abuse of the Program.

6. Jurisdiction: This Program is governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Program shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Iowa.

By participating in the IntelliSee Referral Program, participants acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of all legal obligations and rights as outlined above.
