Your Privacy Choices

Residents of US states with comprehensive privacy laws have the right to opt out of sale and sharing, access their data, correct inaccuracies, or request deletion. This page is the single place to exercise those rights.

Opt Out of Sale or Sharing

IntelliSee does not sell personal information for money. However, we do share certain data (IP address, cookie IDs, page activity) with advertising and analytics providers — including Google, HubSpot, Microsoft Clarity, Meta, and LinkedIn — for cross-context behavioral advertising. Under the CCPA, CPA, CTDPA, and similar state laws, this qualifies as "sharing," and you have the right to opt out.

Three ways to opt out, effective immediately:

1. Global Privacy Control (easiest, recommended) Enable GPC in your browser — Firefox, DuckDuckGo, and Brave support it natively, and Chrome and Edge support it through an extension. Every visit to intellisee.com will be automatically opted out. Learn more at globalprivacycontrol.org.
2. Consent Banner Click "Manage Consent" on the consent banner (or re-trigger it by clearing cmplz_* cookies). Decline the "Marketing" and "Statistics" categories. Your preference is stored for one year.
3. Direct Request Email [email protected] with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share." Include the email address and any cookie identifiers you want removed. We respond within 15 business days.

Other Privacy Rights

Right to Know / Access

Request a copy of the personal information IntelliSee holds about you, the categories of data collected, the sources, the purposes of collection, and the categories of third parties with whom we have shared the data.

Right to Correct

Request correction of inaccurate personal information. Available under CCPA (California), CPA (Colorado), CTDPA (Connecticut), VCDPA (Virginia), UCPA (Utah), and similar state laws.

Right to Delete

Request deletion of personal information we have collected from you. We comply within the statutory response window, subject to exceptions for legal obligations (tax records, security logs, anti-fraud data).

Right to Portability

Receive your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format that you can transmit to another service.

Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information (California)

California residents may direct us to use sensitive personal information only for the purposes authorized in CCPA §1798.121. IntelliSee does not use sensitive personal information beyond those authorized purposes in any case.

Right to Non-Discrimination

We do not deny service, charge different prices, or provide different quality because you exercise any privacy right.

How to Submit a Rights Request

Email: [email protected] Mail: IntelliSee Inc., Attn: Privacy Team, 808 5th Street, Suite 5, Coralville, IA 52241 Phone: (866) 222-6350

What to include

  • The right you are exercising (opt out, access, correct, delete, portability)
  • The email address, name, company, or cookie identifier associated with the data
  • The state in which you reside (to apply the correct legal framework)
  • Whether you are submitting on your own behalf or as an authorized agent

Verification

To protect you from fraudulent requests, we verify your identity before fulfilling access, correction, deletion, or portability requests. We match the identifiers in your request against our records. We may ask for additional information (e.g., confirmation of a recent interaction) if our first match is inconclusive. We do not require you to create an account.

Response time

Opt-out requests are honored immediately upon receipt and confirmed in writing within 15 business days. Access, correction, deletion, and portability requests receive a substantive response within 45 days. We may extend this by one additional 45-day period when reasonably necessary and will notify you in writing with the reason.

Appeals

If we decline your request, you have the right to appeal within 60 days of our decision. Reply to our decision with the subject line "Privacy Request Appeal." We review and respond within 60 days. If we deny the appeal, we provide written justification and instructions for contacting your state attorney general.

Authorized agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf by providing the agent with signed written permission. We verify both your identity and the agent's authorization before acting on the request.

State-Specific Notes

California (CCPA / CPRA)

Additional rights include the right to limit use of sensitive personal information and the right to know specific pieces of personal information collected. California residents may also submit complaints to the California Privacy Protection Agency or the California Attorney General.

Colorado, Connecticut, Oregon, Texas, Montana, Delaware, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Minnesota, Nebraska, Maryland

These states require IntelliSee to honor Universal Opt-Out Mechanisms such as Global Privacy Control. The GPC browser signal is detected on every page request and treated as a valid opt-out under each applicable law.

Virginia, Utah, Iowa, Tennessee, Indiana, Kentucky, Rhode Island

These laws exempt B2B contact data in employment or commercial contexts — which covers most IntelliSee website activity. We still provide the core rights (access, correction, deletion) to any resident who requests them.

Illinois (BIPA), Texas (CUBI), Washington (My Health My Data)

IntelliSee's AI platform is architected to avoid collection of biometric identifiers, biometric information, and consumer health data. No facial recognition. No fingerprint or voiceprint capture. No retinal or iris scanning. If you believe IntelliSee technology deployed at a covered location is processing biometrics, contact us and we will investigate.
